mft wings & wishes

The MFT Stamps March 2024 release is available NOW!!! There are so many adorable sets to check out but before you go, I have a quick card to share with the Wings & Wishes set...

This set has super cute little gnomes but when I saw the dandelions, I couldn't wait to pair it with the Wish Big die. I love a big word, LOL!

To create this card I arranged the stamps in my MISTI stamping tool. Then I stamped one white panel and one ink blended panel (with Distress Oxide Seedless Preserves, Salvaged Patina & Squeezed Lemonade).

Then I die cut the ink blended panel with the Wish Big die. I die cut the Wish Big again twice from white cardstock scraps and adhered the three layers of each letter together for a little dimension.

Next I adhered the letters onto the stamped white panel, lining up the dandelion designs.

mft you bring sunshine

Just one more day until the MFT Stamps March 2024 release hits the shop and I have another sneak peek to share with you!

This is the You Bring Sunshine set. Isn't that bunny adorable?!

I stamped, die cut and colored the bunny. I also borrowed a few clouds from the You Make Moo So Happy set.

The background is just a simple ink blended circle (with Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina and Cracked Pistachio).

There's more to see on the MFT blog today so stop by when you have a minute!

mft ear for you

There are only two days left until the MFT Stamps March release! Have you been catching the sneak peeks? It's all so cute and I've got another peek to share...

This sweet little elephant is from the new Ear for You set! Isn't it just the cutest?!!

I stamped the elephant to the side and a little wonky so it would look like it was holding the Essential Hello die cut. I colored it with shades of gray Copic markers and then adhered the "hello" on top. BTW, the "hello" is cut from Cotton Candy cardstock and polka dotted with a marker.

To finish I stamped the sentiment underneath the die cut word and added a little faux splatter with a pen.

mft bundle of love

The Pure Innocence line at MFT Stamps is so sweet & charming and I'm excited that there are brand new PI sets coming next week! I've got a little sneak peek...

This is the Pure Innocence Bundle of Love! Isn't she so cute?!

I stamped, die cut and colored her. And I love to color but it takes me forever so I only had time for a super simple card. I just masked off a stripe and ink blended with Distress Oxide Seedless Preserves.

Then I stamped the sentiment and added a little faux splatter with a pen.

mft you rescued me + countdown to mft march 2024 release

MFT Stamps has done it again! They have a new release filled with absolute cuteness hitting the shop on March 26th! Would you like a little sneak peek? (I'm assuming you said yes very enthusiastically, LOL!)

This is the adorable new Jenoblade set, You Rescued Me! For some reason when I have a cute cat stamp, I have to wrap it in "yarn"...haha!

I stamped, die cut and colored the little cat in the box. Then I created the ball of yarn by wrapping a small circle of cardstock with embroidery floss. I wrapped a little more floss around the cat and used foam tape to adhere it to my card.

The finishing touches were a stamped sentiment and a little faux splatter with a pen.

simon says stamp be bold

A bold & beautiful new collection of stamps, dies, stencils and more just hit the Simon Says Stamp shop...the Be Bold collection!!!

There are so many fab sets but I am currently a little obsessed with two new stencils, Groovy Blooms and Retro Arcs!

The Groovy Blooms is a really cute layering stencil set but for this card I just couldn't get enough of the large bold bloom so I used low-tack tape to isolate one flower on the stencil. Then I ink blended that bloom with Distress Oxide Carved Pumpkin & Picked Raspberry repeatedly over my card front.

I repeated the same process with the second stencil, isolating just one flower middle and using Black Soot ink.

I finished the card with one of my favorite phrase dies, Simply Thank You and a little faux splatter with a pen.

For this card I used the Retro Arcs stencil with my favorite rainbow of Distress Oxide ink (Carved Pumpkin, Picked Raspberry, Shaded Lilac, Salvaged Patina and Twisted Citron).

Now I'm usually a little lazy with stencils, like just hold them in place and hope for the best, LOL! But with this stencil I highly recommend using Pixie Spray or a similar adhesive because the stencil is just so delicate.

I added a die cut sentiment with the Love You die and a little faux splatter with a pen to finish the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs!!!

mft all-star high top

Did you hear that MFT Stamps opened their vault today and brought back some of their most requested Laina Lamb Designs sets?

One of the sets I was most excited to get my hands on is the All-Star High Top

This die set is so cute!!! And the coordinating High Top Sentiments stamps is so darn cute too!!!

For this card I die cut the sneaker from smooth watercolor cardstock (because I love it for ink blending dye inks) and ink blended it with Poppin' Pink or Candied Yam

I added all the cute bits like the sole, the logo, etc.

Then I die cut 4 more sneakers from black cardstock to layer underneath to give dimension and a little "shadow" so it would stand out on the white card.

There's more about the vault release over on the MFT blog so pop over and take a peek!
